Locking out power switch from Power Off state

• Unscrew the cover from below the power switch. 
  
• Locate the diagram for instructions
  
• Check that Power Switch is OFF
  
• Hold Joystick below switch UP and then Turn Power Switch ON
  
• Your Mic should now be Power Switch Locked. (as designated by the small lock symbols on the screen)
  
• To confirm: Turn power Switch OFF. You should get this screen
  

To De-Activate Power Switch Lock (to power off)

• Locate the diagram for instructions
  
  
• Check that Power Switch is ON
  
  
• Hold Joystick below switch UP and then Turn Power Switch OFF
  
  
• Transmitter should shut off.
