We use Planning Center Live to track our service's progress and to keep the rest of the team on the same page. Planning Center allows us to track multiple campus' services by adding them as concurrent services within the "Normal" layout. Adding another service also allows us to access the campus chat channel, in addition to your own local channel and the organizational channel. 

    Note: This only works on PCO displays that show the Normal Layout.


  1. Start PCO Live and ensure you're in "Normal" mode by moving your mouse up to the top of the webpage untill the toolbar drops down as shown
  2. Click the "eye icon" at the top right of the screen
  3. Click "Watch a Service"
  4. Turn on Appropriate Service/Campus
  5. Click the "Back Button"
  6. Side bar will now remain in place and will show you the current status of the campus. You'll also see that a new chat tab has appeared at the bottom for that Campus' internal chat.
